As with everything, there are questions that get asked very frequently. Here's a selection that get asked about once every few days, along with some of the answers. You can (and should) still contact us if your question isn't on here, though... our friendly staff would love to hear from you.

How much does shipping cost?

We now proudly offer calculated shipping at checkout. Which means cheaper prices and accurate shipping quotes based on the items weight and your shipping location. You save more the more you buy as our prices are not inflated to include this cost. We can now ship out of the country as well!

How long does shipping take?
We currently have an estimated increased handling time of 2 weeks due to Co-vid delays and a high volume of orders. Some orders may take longer to be shipped out and delivered. At this time we can only provide an estimated delivery time frame.

What are Grab Bags?

Grab Bags are bags/boxes that will contain random items based on the items that you choose to include in your grab bag/box. We then put in random items into the grab bag to assure it's of greater value than what you paid. We cannot guarantee the item you want will be in the grab bag as it will be completely random. It all depends on when you order and the selected bag/box. Fulfill your collection and curiosity, get one today!

Do you charge a restocking fee?
Yes, if your order is unable to be delivered due to insufficient address/no such address by the carrier. Since we ship to the address provided to us we highly recommend making sure it is correct. The restocking fee is 15% and the shipping cost will not be refunded. If your item arrived damaged or is the incorrect item a restocking fee will not be charged.

Return Policy:

We do accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If an item is damaged during shipment or if you would like to return an item please Contact Us with your order # along with pictures of the damage. We will then send a refund or exchange depending on stock. Based on the reason for return a restocking fee may be charged.

Cancellation Policy: 
We understand that you would like to cancel your order, things happen! If your order has not already shipped and it is within 3 business days of purchase your order will be canceled and refunded in full. If your order has not shipped and is over 3 business days we cannot guaranteed that your order can be cancelled but we can give you a status update by Contacting Us.
